The mid-year Urs celebrations of Hazrat Baba Tajuddin, held on the 26th & 27th day of the holy month of Rajjab.
In Sufism, the word 'Urs' represents a period of 'Celebration' of a saint's passing, marking the moment of union between their soul and the Creator. Because Hazrat Baba Tajuddin was liberated from his physical body on the 26th of Moharram, the Half Yearly Urs is celebrated exactly six months later, on the 26th & 27th day of Rajjab.
